Serenity Amadores - Puerto Rico (Gran Canaria)

The amazing views from our apartment's balcony captivated us every evening. The walk back from the beach felt strenuous at times.

I have stopped at the Serenity Amadores 3 times now and it is my forst choice when I book for Puerto Rico.Staff on reception and the house maids are very helpful.The location is perfect for a relaxing stay and the pool area and views are to die for.

Apartments are large, clean and have all the facilities you need. The Serenity itself is beautiful and all the staff, especially the lady at the reception Elena are excellent, polite and make you feel really comfortable and always available

Maybe there should be wifi in the rooms...the cable connection did not work and if it did it was very slow connection

Positive, I enjoyed a peaceful 3 nights in the Apartment with Sea View. The view was surreal, and the pool area was beautiful for chilling out. The friendly staff offered great local tips, and the room was cleaned thoroughly every day. Definitely a cozy spot!

Really luxury rooms, great view

No bar, no restaurant, reception (+mini market) closes at 6pm

We liked the view over the ocean, the swimming pool, spacious and comfortable room, the large balcony, and the two basins in the bathroom, which meant i didn't get in the way of my missus.

It is a bit of a steep walk down to the beach and back but no problem for the young and agile. There is free parking by the beach if you have a car, which solves this problem.

The amazing ocean views from the spacious private terrace were very nice.

The lack of a full-service restaurant or bar was disappointing, particularly since we had anticipated more dining options available. The air conditioning in our apartment had issues was good.

Quiet, good swimming pool, good rates

You need a car, rooms are too small with children. You have nothing to do expect the pool. Wifi not free and only in reception

The apartments are spacious and have a wonderful panaramic view of the Amadores Beach area, located below. The balconies are large and have sunbeds which enable you to remain in the apartment should you wish. The swimming pool has plenty of sunbeds and a lower sun area, very pleasant and relaxing. The hotel has a mini supermarket within, offering most basic needs. The staff are very polite and always helpful.

Enjoyed the amazing views from my spacious apartment with a large terrace. The cute atmosphere. Staff consistently offered really good service, greeting me warmly every time I passed by. The infinity pool area was tranquil with ample loungers available. An added convenience was the on-site shop, offering fresh bakery options in the mornings. The walk back from the beach was quite challenging due to its steepness. Prices for taxis were reasonable but added to the overall cost of staying away from the beach. The gym was too small for my liking and could use more equipment. Despite these minor setbacks, the experience was overall enjoyable.

Excellent and very helpful hotel staff. The hotel facilties were overall very good. Apartment was very spacious and clean. Views were superb. Location overlooking Amadores was excellent. The design of the hotel provided a high degree of privavcy. Access to other local amenities was also very good but you do need to have transport.

For the amount being charged I would have liked to have seen air conditioning in the apartment as well as free internet access.

The room was separate and spotless with great view when I arrived. The location was fantastic - close to hill, Amadores or Puerto Rico and the main tourist area on top of the mountain. It also was rather close to the Beach...

My children wished the pool could be a bit warmer.
